Amber Lang is the Founder and Co-Owner of Monarch Esthetics, bringing over 14 years of experience in medical aesthetics. A true skincare expert, she’s known for helping clients look and feel their best through personalized treatments with standout results using lasers and light-based technology. She’s affectionately known by many as The Laser Queen.
Amber began her journey in aesthetics after graduating from esthetics school in 2011. To deepen her expertise in skin health and elevate the care she provides, she pursued a nursing degree. With a background that spans both the treatment room and the operating room, Amber brings a rare perspective to Monarch Esthetics. As a former scrub nurse in plastic surgery, she worked alongside some of Las Vegas’s top surgeons for four years, sharpening her precision, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care. This experience refined her technique and shaped the high standards she brings to every client interaction.
Amber’s goal is simple: to make every client feel seen, heard, and cared for. She takes time to educate her clients on each treatment, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way. Her calming, compassionate approach creates a space where clients feel comfortable, ask questions freely, and leave feeling empowered and radiant.
Now back in her hometown of Charleston, SC, Amber lives with her husband, Alan, her children, Hayden and Kimber, and their tiny Pomeranian, Dolly. Family is her greatest priority and the heart of everything she does. When she’s not at Monarch, you’ll find Amber in the kitchen with Alan cooking their favorite meals over a glass of wine and jazz music, tending to her rose garden, or planning their next travel adventure.
